Design Notes
The main idea was to have a high expression of the gene and the expression should be controlled safely. In that case, commercial T5 promoter is useful and lac operator represses the gene expression without IPTG induction.

Most of the parts are already in the commercial plasmids, and we select a proper vector to use. The gene sequence was found in NCBI and synthesized by the company with codon optimization.
